Ronaldo: Its Complicated

RONALDO: IT'S COMPLICATED

Cristiano Ronaldo faces his first away match of the season on Wednesday night, and he is under no illusions that its going to be easy.

Whilst Sir Alex and the rest of the squad have publicly (and privately) backed him in his war with the English fans, the Charlton and other sets of fans are being heated up by the Press to give Ronny a bad reception.

Ronaldo refused to be phased by the boos when France played Portugal, and has also featured in an away match for United (Oxford), where he scored two and set one up (Boo that if you can!)

Speaking to The Sun, Ronaldo admitted he expected a rough reception, but also claims that he will get through it.

"The away games are going to be more complicated but I'm staying calm."

"In the home game everything went well, it was relaxed, easy," he reflected.

"But I do know the next game will be a lot more complicated as it's the first away one.

"I'll try to put it out of my mind and do my best."
