Ronaldo Ready for Portugal
Cristiano Ronaldo insists he is in tip-top condition ahead of Portugal's key World Cup qualifier on Saturday.
Ronny faces Sweden (alongside his team-mate Nani), and has been a little off-colour recently. His swagger never really left him, but his goals have dried up, leaving him a more frustrated figure on the pitch.
"I am raring to go" said Ronaldo. "Sweden are a difficult team to beat, but we will do our best. It is a very important match but one that we must win."
Sweden fans and the referee have been warned by Swede Henrik Larsson to watch out for Ronaldo's diving - "I intend to speak with the referee before the match to warn him about Ronaldo diving."
"We must be careful, as a team, not to get caught out by that, but so must the referee. I will be having a word with him and telling him to keep an eye out for it."
Cheeky Larsson - he actually played alongside Ronaldo for half a season!
