RONALDO STILL REMEMBERS CELTIC

Cristiano Ronaldo, one of the biggest names in world football, continues to speak fondly of Celtic fans nearly two decades after playing at Parkhead. Despite having played for some of the world's most prestigious clubs — including Manchester United, Real Madrid, Juventus, and Sporting Lisbon — it is the passionate Celtic supporters who remain etched in his memory.

Throughout his career, Ronaldo has faced some of the most intense fan bases, including those of Barcelona, Porto, Inter Milan, and AC Milan. However, it's the atmosphere at Celtic Park that stands out most in his mind.

Now at Al Nassr, in the twilight of his illustrious career, the former Ballon d'Or winner was recently asked if there was any place more special to score than at the iconic Bernabeu. In response, Ronaldo recalled the electrifying environment at Celtic Park.

He shared with El Chiringuito TV: "I was on top. They whistled at me, but I didn’t care about the insults. I was only thinking about scoring and shutting those people up. I liked scoring goals at Camp Nou more than at the Bernabeu." Reflecting further on his encounters with Celtic, Ronaldo added, "The Celtic fans are incredible. It is always great to play there."

Ronaldo's admiration for the Celtic supporters highlights the unique atmosphere at Parkhead, where the energy from the fans is unforgettable. His memories of facing Celtic in the Champions League, particularly when they achieved a famous win over Manchester United, remain among his most cherished.
