Players Happier Under Mourinho

Cristiano Ronaldo has told the world that he is happier than ever at Real Madrid, especially now that new-coach Jose Mourinho is on board.

The pair have had mixed feelings for each other in the past, with Jose famously saying that Ronaldo had a poor upbringing when they were on opposite teams in England.

Since the Portuguese coach has joined Real, he has had nothing but great things to say about Ronny, and Cristiano is now returning the plaudits.

“With Mourinho, everyone is happier. When things do not run well it is normal for people to feel sad, but this season things are going great. I thank God that everything is going well.

“Mourinho is fantastic. I am thankful that he came here because with his experience and with all the titles he has won, it is good to work with him. I always said I wanted him to train me, and my colleagues are also delighted to work with him. I hope we win the Champions League.”
